Default reward
A referring customer earns $10 off an eligible monthly billing cycle for each qualified active direct referral while both subscriptions remain active, paid, and in good standing.
The referred customer receives a configurable $10 discount on the first eligible invoice by default. Credits have no cash value and cannot create a withdrawable balance.
Qualification
The referred customer must complete checkout, pay the first full invoice, pass the default 30-day period, and have no disqualifying refund, dispute, failed payment, fraud hold, or owner decision.
First valid source wins. The relationship locks when checkout is created and is confirmed from trusted Stripe events, not a redirect parameter.
Credits and eligibility
A draft-renewal credit is capped at the eligible recurring service subtotal. It excludes taxes, tips, overdue balances, one-time cleanup, commercial invoices, commissions, and unrelated add-ons unless the owner changes the versioned rule.
Review and privacy
Risk signals may place a reward in review but do not automatically accuse or permanently ban a person. Referrers receive only a privacy-safe label, status, qualification date, and reward amount.
