Information we need
We collect account identity, contact details, service addresses, pet and yard information, consent records, support messages, and operational visit records needed to quote and provide service. Stripe handles payment-method data; this application does not collect card or bank numbers.
Gate codes and access instructions are encrypted as versioned ciphertext. Staff reveals are limited, time-bound, and audited.
How information is used
Information supports quoting, route planning, service delivery, billing status, referral qualification, support, security, legal notices, and owner-requested reporting. Marketing consent is separate and optional.
Sharing and retention
Service providers receive only the information necessary for their role. Partners see anonymized referral labels, never customer PII. Financial and audit records may be retained when deletion would break legal, reconciliation, fraud-prevention, or accounting obligations.
Your choices
Customers may update permitted profile fields, manage notification preferences, and request data export or account deletion. Required operational, billing, security, and legal notices cannot be disabled when delivery is necessary.
